1. Check availability first
Confirm the test schedule and matching regions. Public queues being closed outside an event is not a broken installation. Check the PC requirements and available storage too.
2. Update and restart
Update Arkheron, Windows and your graphics driver. Restart the PC and router. Where possible, try a stable wired connection. These are initial checks; they do not identify the cause of every error.
3. Verify Steam files
- Open your Steam Library.
- Right-click Arkheron and open Properties.
- Select Installed Files.
- Choose Verify integrity of game files.
- Let verification finish, then launch the game again.
4. Sync the Windows clock
For matchmaking or connection failures, the official advice includes checking system time:
- Open Windows Settings → Time & Language → Date & Time.
- Enable Set time automatically.
- Under Additional settings, select Sync now.
- Fully restart the PC, then reopen Arkheron.
Clock sync may help a connection issue. It is not a guaranteed fix for a generic launch error or high ping.
5. Slow loading or still stuck?
The loading advice recommends installing on an SSD. If the problem continues, save the exact error text, when it occurs, your platform and region, and your PC specifications. Use official player support with that information. There is no single confirmed fix for every crash, disconnect or high-ping report.
